I think that this is my most successful photo from this assignment. I really like the way it is set up and I think the lighting really makes the colors of the rose stand out. The hardest part of this assignment was overcoming my overwhelming sense of perfectionism and allowing myself to just try, even it if isn't perfect. In the future, I will plan out when I will go out to take pictures and what I am going to take pictures of further in advance.

Hey Erin! This is a really cool photo! It makes me feel almost strange because the bird feels like it's in a void almost. I thinl it's a really cool use of negative space. I wonder how changing up the exposure or color saturation could make the bird even more distinct from the background.
